Production

Our goal is to maintain a never-ending drive to satisfy the customer by exceeding their expectations through quality, timeliness and delivery. To achieve that, we follow a Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) on every part we make. Our quality program can be customized to fit your needs to ensure zero defects. We run three full shifts 24 hours a day. Each shift features experienced operators and team leaders that help maintain our quick turnaround times and efficiency.

Each of our five ovens are kept clean and provided whatever maintenance necessary throughout the year. We pride ourselves in having a clean, organized facility which we feel results in high performance. We operate on Rotoline 2.60 and 3.10 machines, allowing us to be flexible in any industry.
